From June 11-13, 2025, representatives from Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital, including Dr. Bone Tang (Honorary Consultant in Microbiology) and laboratory staff, joined our the Getz Healthcare Hong Kong team for a collaborative visit to Autobio Diagnostics in Zhengzhou, China.

The program began with a cultural experience at the Shaolin Monastery, featuring the renowned Shaolin Music Ceremony, which illuminated the region’s rich heritage. The following day, our delegation toured the Museum of Laboratory Medicine, exploring the evolution of diagnostics and its impact on healthcare.

A highlight of the trip was the academic exchange at the Third People’s Hospital of Anyang City, where Dr. Tang and colleagues engaged in productive discussions with local experts on advanced diagnostic techniques. This was followed by a visit to the National Museum of Chinese Writing, offering fascinating insights into the origins of Chinese characters. The final day was dedicated to exploring Autobio Diagnostics’ state-of-the-art R&D facilities. Our guests observed demonstrations of the latest microbiology innovations and discussed future avenues for collaboration.

This visit not only deepened professional ties but also fostered knowledge sharing and cross-cultural exchange, reinforcing theongoing partnership of Getz Healthcare with Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital and Autobio Diagnostics.
